Functional Fitness and Wellness

Functional fitness and functional exercise focus on building a body capable of doing real-life activities in real-life positions, not just lifting a certain amount of weight in an idealized posture created by a gym machine.  The key to functional exercise is integration. It's about working and teaching all the muscles to work together rather than isolating them to work independently.

The EVO Strength System has been developed in order to ensure that anyone of any age can safely and effectively benefit from functional exercise and functional training.  Our system is 100% over seen by a Physical Therapist and is based on scientific research. The Evo Strength System is graded specifically based on ability, with expert tailoring based on age, function, and medical co-morbidities.  Our small group classes (3-5 participants) are divided into 4 functional levels, and our Individualized 1:1 training sessions are specifically designed and tailored to your specific identified needs.
